We like to think of our drink creations as Modern Tiki. What does this mean? It means we start with fresh bold fruit flavours and then bring the booze. Don’t get us wrong, we love spirits! Of course we do – we’re a gin and rum bar! But with cocktails, new unique flavours are what we’re chasing, and if this means experimenting with a new house shrub, liqueur or unusual take on a milk punch we’re happy, happy, happy. Cheers!
