CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?

We continue to operate as a walk-ins venue and as such won’t be taking bookings.

Walk-ins are seated on a first come, first served basis on the night.

Please feel free to drop in & we will do our best to accomodate everyone where possible.

 

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT?

Due to capacity restrictions a two hour seating limit may apply when demand is high.

 

DO YOU OFFER VENUE HIRE OR FUNCTIONS?

(During this time of uncertainty we will continue to operate as a walk-ins venue and as such won’t be taking function bookings.)

We have a house rule against bucks and hens nights, due to their nature of being boisterous and raucous.

We are also now available for daytime hire. A casually unique and sophisticated space for corporate meetings, functions, trainings or special work gatherings. MORE INFO HERE.

 

WHAT DRINKS DO YOU OFFER?

We provide an extensive bar offering of beer, wine, spirits and the like, alongside a seasonal cocktail menu.

WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOU PLAY?

Popular hip hop and RnB classics – there are plenty of familiar tunes to sing along to.

 

WHAT FOOD IS AVAILABLE?

You’re more than welcome to bring or order food in from outside – we just ask that it doesn’t smell too much for the comfort of other guests.

Cakes, balloons, props or decorations may not be brought into the venue without prior consent of the venue.

 

DO YOU ALLOW UNDERAGE PATRONS IN WITH A GUARDIAN?

Union Electric is a specialty cocktail bar, all guests must be over 18 without exception.

 

COVID SAFE INFORMATION

We would like all of our guests to understand, before visiting Union Electric, that we are confident that we are meeting our obligations as a responsibly operated, licenced hospitality venue operating under current emergency conditions. We ask that you understand that we will not allow access to guests who might be unwell or showing symptoms as outlined in Victorian Government guidelines and that all guests are required to check in on the Victorian Government QR code upon entry.  We thank you in advance for your understanding, very much appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you soon.

Kindly note that in adherence with Victorian Government restrictions everyone needs to be fully vaccinated (double dose) for COVID-19 and without official proof (preferably linked through the SERVICE VIC QR Check in app) we are obliged to refuse entry. Vaccination certificates/exemptions not linked through the SERVICE VIC QR app will require photo ID.
